There are various promotion opportunities in our company. Vertical promotion is hierarchy growth within one division/department. It is great for those who want to develop from a specialist to the department head. Horizontal promotion is a rotation within the company. Horizontal growth is great for those who want to try something new (for example, become a forwarder when one has been a sales manager before). -
