Who are we looking for?
Rail Freight Forwarder
What professional and personal competences are in need?
Experience in the organization of rail / road container transport ;
Knowledge of documentation related to rail / road transport;
Experience in tent deliveries ( will be a plus)
Very good knowledge of English and German, Russian will be an advantage;
Team - player, self - organization, adaptability, stress- resistance, fast decision making under time pressure
What are your tasks?
- Organization and coordination of international road / rail container transport
- Calculation of rates for rail / intermodal transportation
- Search for new careers and development of cooperation with them
- Conduct negotiations
- Handle transport documentation
- Create and monitor transport orders in Oracle Transport Management

Yes, certainly! You will start as Rail Freight Forwarder and if your results are effective, you can get promoted to Rail Freight Forwarder Expert, TL Manager, Division Manager and Department Manager.
There is also a chance of vertical rotation to other departments (Sea Transport, Sales, Marketing, e.g)

Main responsibilities:
- direct cooperation with DMU shipping lines;
- establishing trusting relationships with main players of the logistics market in Turkey;
- obtaining preferences on prices and conditions for the company;
- new services and Trade Lanes development.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of proven experience in logistics (multimodal-, sea-, rail transportation);
- managerial experience;
- having established contacts with shipping lines;
- having a good knowledge of main players in Chinese market;
- fluent writing and speaking English, Turkish, Russian will be an advantage;
- ability to make new schemes, ability to take responsibility;
- out of the box thinking and ability to find nonstandard solutions.
