The heart of a car is its engine. The quality of its motor components directly affects the vehicle’s technical characteristics, operational reliability, and service life. Fuel combustion translates into the rotation of the engine crankshaft via the movement of pistons inside the cylinder block. Extreme thermal and mechanical loads gradually wear out the rubbing surfaces of the cylinder-piston group. To increase the durability of these surfaces, cylinder liners made of special alloyed cast iron are installed inside the cylinder block. These liners are highly resistant to wear and can be easily replaced when necessary to keep an engine running properly.

Motordetal-Konotop LLC specializes in the production of cylinder liners for internal combustion engines used in both cars and stationary machines. “For 3 years, the company’s priority shipment routes have been between Ukraine and Germany and Ukraine and Italy. Initially, we helped them with 13 shipments in 2019. By 2020, the volume grew to 69 shipments. Now they are adding new delivery destinations to the map: Belgium, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Great Britain, and Türkiye.
