On June 26-27, 2024, AsstrA participated in the Decarbonization Supplier Event organized by SWM International. SWM International is a long-standing partner of AsstrA and a global leader in the production and supply of high-quality, innovative materials for various industries. The company prioritizes socially responsible and environmentally friendly practices, and as part of this mission, SWM organized the Decarbonization Supplier Event to bring together suppliers for knowledge exchange and the development of new environmental solutions.

The event program included discussions on legal aspects, reducing CO2 emissions under Scope 3, a plant tour, idea generation, and their discussion. The Decarbonization Supplier Event became an expert platform for gaining new knowledge, exchanging experiences, and successful practices. Representatives from AsstrA, including Dmitri Krõlov, Sustainable Development Manager, and Joe Malham, Country Sales Manager, actively participated in the discussions.

During the event, AsstrA presented its vision for achieving CO2 emission reduction goals in the supply chain and brought up the challenges on the path to these goals for discussion. Additionally, AsstrA experts agreed on further cooperation with SWM regarding decarbonization services and green solutions.
