In September, 2024 AsstrA-Associated Traffic AG completed the urgent delivery from Bursa, Türkiye to Bahrain Airport.
This shipment was required to be delivered by particular day that is why deadlines were quite tight. AsstrA transported 11 pallets of industrial kitchen equipment which will be used directly in the Bahrain airport. The total freight weight was almost 4600 kg.
“As we know, cargo transportation is a complicated process that requires strict observance of rules. Since a lot of people are involved in the delivery process, time to time some things may go wrong. Such force majeure happened with us. Air company which is supposed to deliver our freight didn’t accept it because of incorrect packaging by shipper. AsstrA’s experts had to do the packaging work on the weekend because AsstrA couldn’t allow the cargo to be delivered late”, said Furkan Sandikci, Air Cargo Specialist at AsstrA.
AsstrA’s experts managed with all challenges during this shipment and delivered the cargo exact on time. The transportation was successfully completed by Turkish Airlines using the TK urgent option.
