On June 3-4, 2025, the 30th anniversary Baku Energy Forum took place in Baku – a key event in the energy sector that brought together over 600 participants from 39 countries. The international transport and logistics company AsstrA-Associated Traffic AG participated in the forum, reaffirming its strategic interest in energy projects, including those in the field of renewable energy.
AsstrA is actively developing logistics solutions for the energy sector, including multimodal delivery schemes for components used in wind and solar power plants. AsstrA offers tailored services aimed at optimizing costs, reducing delivery times, and ensuring smooth transit along key trade routes.
“Participating in the anniversary Baku Energy Forum was a truly valuable and inspiring experience for me. The forum provided a unique opportunity to discuss key trends in renewable energy, prospects for international cooperation, and innovative logistics solutions for energy-related projects. Especially valuable were meetings with major industry players, representatives of government bodies, international energy companies, and equipment manufacturers. We discussed the potential of new projects in the Caspian and Central Asian regions. In particular, we addressed the reduction of capital expenditures on logistics and the improvement of supply chain resilience through multimodal optimization when transporting equipment for wind and solar power projects. Ensuring reliable delivery timelines for crucial components such as blades, towers, and solar panels – as well as smooth customs transit through major trade corridors, including the Port of Alat, remains essential. I am confident that the connections established and ideas exchanged will open new opportunities for AsstrA to support our customers’ green energy transition,” shared Elena Zagorskaya, Industry Development Manager at AsstrA.
