In April 2025, the Swiss group AsstrA-Associated Traffic AG successfully completed the transportation of a shipment of quad bikes for BRP company, the Canadian industry leader in recreational vehicles and waterjet systems.
Six units of equipment with a total weight of more than 5 tons were delivered from Belgium to Kazakhstan. The route ran through Turkey with a reloading stop in Istanbul, and the total mileage was over 8,000 km. The entire delivery process took three weeks. Standard curtain-sided semi-trailers were used for transportation, as no special temperature conditions were required.
“The most challenging stage was probably the transshipment in Istanbul. AsstrA experts always ensure that transportation complies with high international standards and that all client requirements are fully met. During the transfer of quad bikes from one truck to another, OSB sheets were used to prevent potential damage to the cargo. We procured the necessary materials and personally supervised the entire transshipment process,” shared Akhmed Aznaurov, Trade Lane Manager at AsstrA.
"We were very pleased with the level of service that AsstrA provided us. I would like to separately note the daily tracking function from the Turkish contractor. Thanks to the team for this approach!" - BRP representatives shared their impressions.
AsstrA’s team comprises over 1,100 professionals operating across Europe, the CIS, Asia, and the USA. The company’s extensive geographic presence and high level of expertise enable it to successfully execute logistics projects of any complexity worldwide.
