A team of experts from AsstrA-Associated Traffic AG has successfully completed a project for the delivery of milk coolers from France to Azerbaijan.
Delivery Volume:
- Total: 4 units of cargo
- Volume: 102.99 m³
- Weight: 4,472 kg
- Maximum weight of one unit: 3 tons
- The heaviest and most bulky cargo: a milk cooling tank measuring 8,100 x 2,995 x 3,500 meters and weighing 3 tons
The project, which consisted of four phases, required a special logistical approach due to the delicate nature of the cargo and the specific requirements of the client. The equipment, with a volume of more than 100 m³, was delivered by direct road transport via Turkey. The whole process took two weeks and was carried out without transshipment to preserve the integrity and quality of the equipment.
“The main challenge was to eliminate overloading in transit. We quickly found carriers willing to provide door-to-door delivery. Thanks to the coordinated work of our team, the chillers were safely and timely delivered to the farm in Azerbaijan,” shares Sultane Zorlu, Project Coordinator at AsstrA IPL Turkey.
“We have been working with this client for about five years, regularly delivering equipment to farms in Azerbaijan from different regions including Europe, America, and Asia. Our company has established itself as a reliable supplier and an expert in choosing optimal routes and solutions for transportation. Properly organized logistics and prompt actions of our specialists allowed us to successfully complete this project, fully satisfying the client's needs,” says Vladislava Pereginya, Field Sales Specialist at AsstrA Europe Division.
