Effective logistics begins with understanding the client’s business. How are deliveries connected to production? Which deadlines are critical? Where is flexibility needed? These questions shape AsstrA’s approach to logistics solutions and guided conversations with clients and partners at TransLogistica Kazakhstan 2026, held in Astana on October 14–16.
For the AsstrA team, the exhibition was an opportunity to discuss logistics requirements, exchange practical experience and explore potential solutions. Face-to-face conversations provide an opportunity to discuss the details of a shipment, explore different delivery options, and consider how each would work in practice.
This is where the value of logistics expertise becomes clear. Knowledge of routes, regional conditions and industry requirements helps us assess the entire supply chain, identify potential constraints in advance and propose a well-considered solution.
When choosing a delivery solution, it is important to consider more than the mode of transport and distance. Every stage needs to be coordinated, from border crossings and documentation to cargo transfers and final delivery. For industrial equipment, for example, the route and unloading conditions need to be checked in advance. For regular shipments, dispatch schedules need to be aligned with production requirements. These details determine how well a proposed solution fits the client’s needs.
“To propose a suitable solution, we first need to understand how the client’s business works and what matters most to them. In logistics, we work in changing conditions: route congestion, traffic jams and movement restrictions may require adjustments to the original plan. We cannot always influence external circumstances, but it is important to understand how they may affect a shipment. Our expertise should provide practical value by helping clients assess risks, compare available options, and make informed decisions. That is why we particularly value the opportunity to discuss clients’ needs in detail and share practical experience at the exhibition,” shares Ramilya Akhmetova, Country General Manager of AsstrA in Kazakhstan.
AsstrA combines international experience with knowledge of local markets. Specialists from different areas work together to consider the requirements of each stage of transportation and develop an integrated solution from origin to final delivery.
We appreciate the valuable conversations and exchange of experience with our clients and partners at TransLogistica Kazakhstan 2026. We look forward to continuing our cooperation and supporting their logistics needs.
