We all know that man cannot live by work alone. Exercise is one of the best ways to care for our bodies, refresh our minds, and deal with stress. Running, for example, trains both our physical and mental stamina.
That’s probably why we have so many running enthusiasts at AsstrA! To create strength in numbers, over 70 of them have come together to volunteer for the newly established AsstrA Running Team.
Experienced runners regularly taking part in various marathons as well as newcomers participating in their first events have all joined up!
