Airplanes remain a popular choice for transporting cargo thanks to fast delivery times, broad geographical reach, and minimal damage or fraud risks. The International Air Transport Association has predicted that the air transport sector will resume growing in 2020, and airlines are also expected to improve their overall profitability.

In its annual prognosis, the International Air Transport Association(IATA) has said that freight volumes are expected to increase 2% year-on-year in 2020 to reach 62.4m tonnes. Overall, the IATA forecasts that the global airline industry will produce a net profit of $29.3bn in 2020, which is an improvement over the net profit of $25.9bn expected in 2019

International transportation and logistics operator AsstrA-Associated Traffic AG organizes global international air cargo shipping for a wide range of cargoes including perishables and dangerous goods. Experienced AsstrA specialists analyze Clients’ needs and are constantly developing modern solutions, serving new destinations, and creating fresh opportunities for Clients. AsstrA Partners will enjoy new benefits in 2020.

“The way our company develops is a result of constantly monitoring the market, working closely with our Customers, and listening to their needs. In order to broaden the transportation horizons of our Clients, AsstrA Italy has been certified by the IATA. Now we can work directly with airlines – without intermediaries. AsstrA Clients can now decide with us the best airline to choose.
