“After analyzing risks, tipping points, and threats, we can optimize transport cycle processes. This certificate confirms the high quality of our operations. ISO 28000 standards cover supply chain security risk analysis, security program development, and systematizing supply chain management to increase organizational security,” emphasizes Vitali Lazovskiy Supply Chain Security Manager at AsstrA-Associated Traffic AG. “Safety and reliability are our top priorities. Thanks to our certification, customers can be sure that we are effectively managing risk at every stage of our logistics processes. Using an efficient security management system optimizes transport costs, significantly boosts work quality, and reduces losses, both direct and indirect. It also minimizes loading / unloading complications, theft, and damage to goods. Having this certificate not only strengthens our overall market reputation but also gives us a real opportunity to work with new clients within a framework of proven and recognized global standards for corporate security systems.” adds Vitali Lazovskiy.
In November 2021, AsstrA Vilnius, AsstrA Germany, AsstrA Forwarding, AsstrA Italia, AsstrA Poland, and AsstrA Russia received the ISO 28000 certificate. The ISO 28000 standard provides a formal benchmark for security management in companies in the supply chain. The certificate, which confirms the teams’ competencies in supply chain security management systems, was issued by the United Registrar of Systems (URS) and has been approved by the Deutsche Akkreditierungsstelle GmbH (DakkS), a German accreditation body.
