It’s common knowledge that physical activity is a key element of health. Ideally, someone spending 8 hours a day sitting at the computer should spend 1 more exercising. Marcin Nagodzinski, Sales Specialist at AsstrA, considers sports an integral part of his daily routine. In addition to daily training, he regularly participates in sports competitions.

In the second half of the 2022, Marcin completed 4 x quarter ironman triathlons (950 m swimming, 45 km cycling, 10.5 km running), 2 x full ironmans (3.9 km swimming, 180.2 cycling, and 42.2 km running), 1 x marathon, and 1 x holiday charity race. Here’s what one of the best representatives of AsstrA Loves Sports says about his athletic year:

"In terms of sports, I consider the year a success. From May to September, I participated in six triathlons (2 full ironmans and 4 quarter ironmans). In October, the 21^st Poznan Marathon was my first time to tackle such an event, and I finished in 5:10:36. I admit that this marathon was a real test and, despite intensive training, I still have something to work on. Nevertheless, I am very glad that I was able to participate in all these events this year. I finshed my sports year with a 10-kilometer charity run around the Strzeszyn Lake in Poznan," says Marcin Nagodzinski.
