Being named a Friendly Workplace by Markapracodawcy.pl is a prestigious recognition of a company’s successful strategic approach to employer branding, people, and culture. The program evaluates companies with a survey based on five criteria: employee relations, employee development, employee benefits, work-life balance, and health in the workplace. In the program’s jubilee 5th edition, AsstrA Polska was named a Friendly Workplace and received special distinction for the professional development opportunities it offers team members, its organizational culture, and its encouragement of healthy lifestyles.
According to HR consultancy Hays’ the Poland Salary Guide 2022, the most important factors behind employee satisfaction are access to professional development opportunities, the nature of work, and workplace atmosphere. AsstrA has made it a long-term strategic priority to promote team members’ well-being provide them with an attractive working environment.
