AsstrA  transports flat racks from China to Poland by sea

AsstrA-Associated Traffic AG has successfully completed the sea transportation of five flat racks carrying ten trucks from Shanghai, China, to Gdansk, Poland. This shipment marks the first of several consignments, with five additional deliveries already planned. The delivery time from port to port was 50 days.

The shipment was carried out for Eridon Tech LLC, a leading company in the import and sales of agricultural machinery and commercial vehicles in Ukraine. “We have been working with the customer Eridon Tech for about 10 years, and we ship approximately 20-30 containers annually in this direction. Therefore, based on AsstrA's previous experience and the high quality of all completed shipments, the customer confirmed the order without hesitation,” noted Vladislava Pereginya, Field Sales Specialist at AsstrA.

The complex transportation process was managed under the supervision of AsstrA’s Ukraine Container Division. “The transportation was quite complex, as the cargo was expensive and required special attention. We needed to monitor every stage—from the initial booking to the delivery of the cargo to Ukraine,” explained Liliya Yanushkevych , Ukraine Container Division

Upon arrival at the Port of Gdansk, the containers and flat racks were carefully transloaded onto oversized platforms for onward transport to Ukraine. AsstrA also provided a full range of services, including sea freight, documentation consulting, port reception, transloading, and transit declaration processing.

Additionally, AsstrA’s warehouse team performed vital tasks to prepare the trucks for final delivery. “The warehouse team also performed exceptionally well, completing all tasks to a high standard: they installed the wheels and fuel tanks on the trucks,” emphasized Yanushkevych.
