HVG Job Fair is Hungary's most significant career event that takes place twice a year to welcome anyone interested in career building. The event provides  jobseekers a first-hand look at some of the opportunities available at the most innovative businesses in the world. From October 5 to 7, AsstrA Hungary took part in the online edition of this event for the first time ever.

“This year, the HVG Job Fair had both an online and an offline edition. In order to reach as many candidates as possible, we chose the online stand. Thanks to the extensive platform, we had the opportunity to conduct online conversations. Responding to candidates' inquiries via real chat, as well as actively searching for candidates from the HVG Job Fair’s CV database,” says Irina Yakhno, HR Manager AsstrA Associated Traffic AG.

Within three days, our online stand was visited by 666 people, of which 157 applied for various positions.

“HVG Job Fair is an amazing opportunity not only to find perfect employees but also to build the company's visibility. This is a great way to implement strategic employer branding initiatives, learn about job seeker’s needs, and have our HR specialists meet new candidates. The candidates were very interested in our program, and we conducted many promising interviews. I can already say that we will certainly take part in the next edition,” adds Botond Kovacs-Mate, Branch Manager AsstrA Hungary.
